Agreement for use of the superent.id website between PT. Super Rental Indonesia as the manager (hereinafter referred to as “SupeRent”) and users (“hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are explained on this page. All users are required to follow the Terms and Conditions that have been determined. SupeRent has the right to change or add articles according to the website’s needs. Terms & conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time without prior notice. SupeRent recommends that your Users read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use SupeRent services, Users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms & Conditions.
1. Account and Personal Information
1.1 When registering an account, the User declares that:
Users are individuals who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years or more when using SupeRent services or users under the age of 18 but who have obtained approval from their parents/guardians.
Users are individuals/legal entities/business entities with legality as required by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
Users declare that they are not individuals and/or legal entities who are prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia from receiving or using SupeRent services.
Users declare that all information and/or documents filled in or submitted to SupeRent are accurate, correct, complete, current and appropriate.
1.2 Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of User account information, including email addresses, passwords, voucher codes, membership and other things.
1.3 SupeRent has the right to carry out checks regarding the correctness, validity of information or documents submitted to SupeRent. If fraud or non-compliance is found based on SupeRent’s assessment, then SupeRent has the right to terminate, cancel or block User access and accounts to SupeRent services.
1.4 Users can change account information such as name, address, telephone number and email address. Users are only permitted to use one email address to register on the SupeRent Platform.
1.5 SupeRent does not charge Users a fee for registration or changing account information.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 Users agree to comply with any policies, procedures, guidelines, instructions and notices relating to SupeRent services.
2.2 Access to this service is only permitted for purposes and interests related to SupeRent services.
2.3 Users are prohibited from uploading or publishing content that violates copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights.
2.4 Users are prohibited from using or uploading software or materials that contain/are suspected of containing viruses, destructive components, malicious code, or other harmful components in any way that can damage data, cause damage, or interfere with the operation of User computers or other User mobile devices .
2.5 SupeRent has the right to monitor, filter or control any activity, content or material contained in SupeRent
2.6 SupeRent has the right to take action that is deemed appropriate and appropriate if there is misuse of services or violation of applicable terms and conditions.
3. Tenant Requirements & Survey Process

3.2 Survey Process
Users are willing to be surveyed either by telephone or by visiting the customer’s location by SupeRent.
4. Product Information and Inspiration
4.1 All information regarding prices, images, descriptions, specifications are subject to change at any time.
4.2 Products displayed on the website are valid while supplies last. Please contact our SupeRent customer support for further information.
4.3 Users are not permitted to use, print or distribute information on this website for personal/group interests and profits.

5. Product Accuracy
5.1 The User understands and agrees that the color accuracy on the monitor screen may vary depending on the lighting, settings or resolution of the User’s monitor screen so that there is a possibility that the color of the Product received may be different
5.2 Users understand and agree that the availability of Products listed on the SupeRent Platform may not match actual availability due to several things such as damaged/defective Products, system errors, or other technical errors. In this connection, the User agrees that SupeRent has the right to transfer, refuse or cancel the relevant Order.
5.3 Users understand that SupeRent always makes its best efforts to ensure the accuracy/suitability of all details, descriptions and prices contained in SupeRent services. If there is any inaccuracy/discrepancy in the product information, SupeRent has the right to refuse/cancel the Order.
6. Payment
6.1 SupeRent collaborates with trusted banking/payment service providers in providing various payment methods on the SupeRent Platform that can be used by Users in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Users agree that when making purchases, Users are required to use and have the right to choose the payment method listed on the SupeRent Platform.
6.3 Users are obliged to pay in full for every rental transaction carried out within the time period specified for each payment method chosen by the User. If the User has not made payment within the specified time period, then SupeRent has the right to declare that the Order has been canceled by the User.
6.4 Users understand and agree that if there is a price discount or other benefit on an order that has been made but does not make payment by the specified time limit, the order will be cancelled.
6.5 The User understands and agrees that any losses arising from the User not following the payment method stated on the SupeRent Platform are entirely the User’s responsibility.
7. Delivery of rental goods
Estimated delivery time is H+3 days from the first payment made by the customer
8. Termination of lease
Users can terminate the rental by contacting the SupeRent admin via WhatsApp chat on the SupeRent web page
9. Promotional Information
Users can view ongoing promotional information, which may change at any time.
10. Service Information
Users can access service information provided by SupeRent via Whatsapp chat on the SupeRent web page. This information may change at any time according to Company policy.
11. Electronic Communications
When Users use the services at SupeRent, Users agree to communicate with SupeRent electronically such as via email, telephone, social media, live chat, and so on.
12. System Development
To provide more convenience to the User’s shopping experience, SupeRent has been routinely developing the system for some time. During the process, SupeRent has the right to cancel the User’s Order at any time if any discrepancy is found which could be detrimental to the User or SupeRent.

14. Discharge
The User has a dispute with one or more parties, the User releases SupeRent (including the Parent Company, Directors and Employees) from claims and demands for damages and losses (actual and implied) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with any such dispute or dispute. In this way, the User deliberately waives any legal protection (contained in laws or other legal regulations) which would limit the scope of this waiver provision.
15. Indemnification
Users will release SupeRent from claims for compensation and defend SupeRent (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal costs, made by third parties that arise in the event that you User violates these Terms and Conditions, improper use of this Service and/or Your User’s violation of law or third party rights.
16. Invalidity
If part of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable due to applicable laws and regulations, the User agrees that such invalidity does not affect other parts of these Terms and Conditions. SupeRent will try to update these provisions so that they are valid and do not violate the law.
17. Disputes & Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Users agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the site and/or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the West Jakarta district court.
18. Change
18.1 SupeRent has the right at any time to unilaterally make changes to the Platform, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions of service, including but not limited to promotions, product prices, content, delivery fees, service fees and survey fees.
18.2 Terms and Conditions may change at any time without prior notification to the User. Users are expected to always read each of the Terms and Conditions that apply to SupeRent carefully.
19. Information Differences
If there are differences in promotions, Terms and Conditions and any information listed on the SupeRent Platform and outside the SupeRent Platform, then the information, promotions and Terms and Conditions that apply are those listed on the SupeRent Platform (website: superent.id)
